	Accounts Payable * Set up Vendors * Track Bills * Process all incoming invoices, expenses and check stubs * Write checks for payment * Generate A/P aging report and other A/P reports as needed.
	Accounts Receivable * Set up Customers * Track Sales * Generate invoices and monthly statements * Offer discounts in an effort to receive payments timely * Send out aging letter for past due invoices * Assess finance charges and/or late fees * Receive payments and record income * Maintain A/R files * Generate A/R aging reports and other reports as needed
